I made a flourless chocolate cake this evening. It tastes excellent but fails aesthetically. 'That's what happens when you use almond meal', says KJ. It's kind of unshapely. I originally made it for Tillie but since she's at work I'm tempted to finish it all.ps. It worries me that I am writing about my food consumption. And that I'm baking. I REALLY have a lot of time on my hands.
